VS. is what moved me fully to PJ over Nirvana. I fucking loved both Nevermind and Ten and beat the shit out of both cassettes. VS. was amazing from the 1st listen. I remember repeating Daughter and RVM as much as i could. And i have one of the cassettes labeled Five Against One.0

Not sad about WMA (other than to just complete VS) but I really love G!0 -

I remember orange....Then I remember goosebumps as the intro to Go began through my parents loud af over-ear headphones, without any noise limiting. Then it kicked in....holy shit.Post edited by TWHolt on|Montreal 03|Halifax 05|St. John's 1 05|St. John's 2 05|Toronto 1 06|Toronto 2 06|NYC 1 08|NYC 2 08|Toronto 09|Hartford 10|Boston 10|Newark 10|NYC 1 10|NYC 2 10|Alpine Valley 1 11|Alpine Valley 2 11|Montreal 11|Hartford 13|Ottawa 16|Chicago 1 16|Chicago 2 16|Boston 1 18|Quebec City 22|Ottawa 22|Boston 1 24|Boston 2 24|0

I remember hating it because it was not Ten. What an idiot I was.

No perhaps. Greatest LP of all time, by anyone.

Would love it if PJ did a "Joshua Tree"-type tour where they do a live concert tour playing all the songs on this album plus Whipping, Better Man (slow version) and Hard to Imagine and any other related songs to the album. I could have sworn I read somewhere that Breath almost made it onto one of their early albums, maybe Vs. or Vitalogy but was saved for Singles.0

Alone, breath, state of love and trust, hard to imagine, hold on, Angel, sonic reducer, betterman, dirty frank and whipping we all recorded during the post Ten/Vs sessions.
Impressive stuff.
I've always wished the wasted tracks on vitalogy could have been replaced with songs like footsteps, hard to imagine, hold on, alone, etc.
I've got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell.

Some of the best versions of those songs. I listen to that trio a lot. As much as I love listening to the old school boots, I would drop dead being able to watch some of those old '93 shows with bootleg quality. Thank the music gods for SNL and the VMAs back then. Blistering performances and yet so subtle at times with the delivery.YourDirtisMyfood said:The rehearsals for Daughter, RVM and Not for You from SNL are awesome, too. It's a hopeless situation...0
