Pearl Jam should add a non-tambourine bonanza Neil Young cover

Whether it's RITFW or Fuckin' Up it turns into a backdrop for Eddie running from side to side throwing out his thousands of tambourines.

And that's okey -- but I think it would be sound to have at least one Neil Young song on the roster that isn't a cue for "happy tambourine time".

I vote for Powderfinger, The Loner or Opera Star.

Doesn't matter what the song is.... The finale is always going to be a tambourine fest.  Until Eddie is sued for putting someone's eye out.

But, if we are talking about Uncle Neil show-closers, I vote for "Cough Up the Bucks" from the "Fork in the Road" album.  Because, I actually do cough up the bucks for tickets, posters, stickers, bootlegs, and my Lightning Bolt beer run.

Saw them do this in Portland 2006.  It was great!  But not really a tambourine throwing tune.

It is okay. The tambourine dispersal is far too scripted at this point.
