Breakerfall on the Wrigley boot is rough. Missing guitar parts, which completely makes that song so great.
I remember thinking this while at the show. It was a rough version that's for sure, anxious to relive it on the boot. One of the nights DTE was choppy as well, lyrically if I remember correctly

I just got my first listen. Wrigley 1. Breakerfall through Getaway are pretty rough. It almost sounds like a combination of technical problems and just not playing those songs much. Ed actually sounds like he's behind the band, tempo-wise, like his earpiece is delayed or something. Especially Hail Hail and Animal. Interesting show, nonetheless. Things get better as it goes along. I'd take either Seattle show over Wrigley 1.

They do recover a bit, but it just doesn't sound like Breakerfall much. Oh well. Just really love that song live so I was hoping for a killer version.

Agree on the first 2. Getaway has just never translated well live. I actually thought this version started strong, but couldn't keep it going. As for Hail, Hail and Animal, I thought they sounded good, but then again I was distracted and was paying complete attention while they were on, but I do recall thinking they musically sounded solid.

wow. I thought the same thing. Hail, Hail sounds weird like the vocal is a little out of sync with the music. strange. don't remember that at the show. Wash is about as perfect as it gets though. and Stone's guitar tone on "Lowlight" is excellent compared to the "tinny" sound on Seattle N1.

I agree with Wash and Low Light. Both sounded superb.
It seems they all state "Track listings may vary from the original set". Has anyone noticed any missing songs from the live show to the recordings?
Not these shows. Occasionally in the past, and very rarely, there has been tech problems or recording problems that prevented a song from being included.
how long is average time to get a CD shipped from Nugs? ordered Wrigley 2 right after it was up. hoping to not wait too long
I remember I ordered some as a Christmas present to myself. Ordered way in advance, like before thanksgiving. I ended up email about 3 times because I swore it was lost in the mail. Each time they just said they were swamped and haven't sent it yet. Turns out it just took over 2 months to arrive. Ended up getting it in January I think *I just checked my emails. I ordered on 12/8 and they shipped out 1/14. So over a month to record a CDR

My SEA N1 took about 9 days after ordering to get here, and I'm expecting N2 today. So another 9 days. I'm cool with that turnaround. Sorry to those of you having to wait longer.
I imagine it won't be long before they will only be available to download. The profit will not be enough for them to keep spending on the packaging. They have already pretty much just become a "burned" medium and they charge two additional dollars for the CD-R and cardboard container. But again, maybe completist collectors will keep them going.

I'd be cool with just ordering the download if they started providing the track listing and artwork for us to print out, as they did back in 2006. I was happy to download them and make my own cd's for the rack.

First of all....I love the Ween reference in your user name. Question - Did you order SEA N2 by itself? Or with Missoula? Just curious if it's the Missoula factor that is delaying my order more than yours. Thanks!

Ha! Thanks. Love Ween!!
I bought N2 by itself. I went to both Seattle nights only, so those were the only ones I bought CDRs for.
Comments
I have only listened to it once, but Ed was struggling to hit some notes on N2. especially early on Oceans and Nothingman.
