"The mind's eye"/Mental Visualization - Do you have Aphantasia??

In her book, Thinking in Pictures, Temple Grandin talks about exactly that, thinking in pictures.  If I recall correctly, she talks about how some people think mostly in terms of words or concepts and other like her self see objects.  She sees things in her mind like they are a photograph.  She talks about how when she has difficulty with abstract subjects like philosophy such that when was in school and she ran across a difficult section in a book she could look at the page of the book and then walk around all day and see that page in her mind and study it.
