Fenway tickets for concert

i was on many ticket sites looking for
turf tickets to fenway show... want my 20 year old daughter to experience Pearl Jam having
grown up listening to me play it all the time.  Looking at tickets i noticed the more “somewhat affordable turf tickets say they are ADA accessible... am i allowed to
purchase these seems there are a fair number left, I am assuming Those
that needed bought them ... just don’t want to do the wrong
thing
