We hope you’re excited to see Pearl Jam at Wrigley Field tomorrow, August 18! From transportation and a list of prohibited items to preshow activities and show times, please take a moment to review the following event guide to help you prepare the upcoming show. Wrigley Field gate and show times Gates open at approximately 5:30 p.m. CDT and the show will begin at approximately 7:30 p.m. CDT. As part of an ongoing commitment to safety, the Cubs have added metal detectors at all Wrigley Field gates. Please make sure to arrive early and give yourself extra time to enter the ballpark. Attendees with Field Seats may enter through any ballpark gate to scan their ticket and receive a wristband. Those with Field Seats tickets must retain both their ticket and wristband throughout the evening to ensure field access. List of prohibited items The following items are prohibited at Wrigley Field for the show:
Transportation to Wrigley Field (1060 W. Addison St. Chicago, IL 60613) Please give yourself plenty of time to travel to and from Wrigley Field. We strongly encourage the use of public transportation including Metra trains, Pace shuttle buses and Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) buses and trains. The CTA Red Line stops one block from Wrigley Field at the Addison station. Visit www.cubs.com/transportation for detailed information on transit options from across Chicago. Free remote parking will be offered at 3900 N. Rockwell St., located approximately 2.5 miles from the ballpark. This lot includes free shuttle service to and from Wrigley Field. Services begin approximately three hours prior to the start of the event and returning shuttles run approximately one hour after the end of the event. Free bicycle check service also will be available in the alley just east of the main entrance for the CTA Red Line stop on Addison Street. Limited, cash-only parking will be available starting three hours before the event in the Toyota Camry Lot (1126 W. Grace St., Chicago, IL 60613) and the Irving Park Lot (1052 W. Irving Park Rd., Chicago, IL 60613) on a first-come, first-served basis. Tailgating is not permitted. A designated group charter, coach bus, limousine and black car service drop-off and pick-up location will be located on Irving Park Road between Clark Street and Seminary Avenue. Taxis will be available and staged along Clark Street on the southbound curb, just south of Addison Street. Rideshare drop-off and pick-up locations are located at Irving Park Road between Clark Street and Seminary Avenue and the west side of the 3300 block Clark Street, just south of Roscoe Street. Preshow festivities at DraftKings Fantasy Sports Zone and Gallagher Way For early arriving ticket holders, concert festivities will begin at 2 p.m. in the DraftKings Fantasy Sports Zone, located at the corner of Addison Street and Sheffield Avenue, and 3:30 p.m. at Gallagher Way, located adjacent to the ballpark on Clark Street. Fun activities at Gallagher Way include a screening of Pearl Jam’s “Let’s Play Two” documentary and live music by The Blue Stones. Visit www.gallagherway.com for full details. Here’s some day of show info that all Ten Club mobile ticket holders will need:
Important Entry Info
at your assigned gate. This is important because your tickets will not scan from the general public lines. So please be sure you are in the Ten Club line at your designated gate. Ten Club tickets will not be accepted at the Marquee Gate.
Note to GA ticket holders
Due to changes in neighborhood security protocols, the city of Chicago and Wrigley Field have asked that the GA line not be permitted to form anywhere in the neighborhood prior to 8am on show day. The line will be able to start forming at 8am in the parking lot across from Murphy’s Bleachers located at the corner of Sheffield and Waveland.

Ten Club Mobile Ticket Tips:
1. If you have not logged in to the Ten Club Mobile Ticket Portal to view your tickets yet, please do so now. Ten Club Members can find step-by-step instructions on how to do this here, and watch a How-To Video here.
2. iPhone and Android users can download your tickets to your mobile wallet. You can find step-by-step instructions on how to do this here, and you can watch a How-To Video here.
Android users, there are many models of Android phone. Some older and lesser known models may not be compatible with Google Pay. If you have any trouble downloading your tickets to G Pay, take a screenshot of the front and back of the ticket as back up and you’ll be all set.
3. Please pay attention to the Entry Info listed on the back of your ticket and only enter through the Ten Club designated line at that specified gate. Ten Club mobile tickets will not be accepted at the Marquee Gate.
4. Should you need further assistance, there will be two Ten Club customer service windows open from Noon - 9pm, located at the Box Office. The person whose name is on the Ten Club Mobile Ticket account must present photo ID in person to receive assistance with their ticket(s) at the customer service window. Also, there will be Ten Club mobile ticket support staff at the entrances to provide technical support right at the gate using iPads. Just look for the “Ten Club Ticket Help” t-shirts.
Security Restrictions for ALL Pearl Jam shows / ALL tickets:
BAG POLICY:
- NO backpacks
- NO large purses or bags that exceed 16" x 16" x 8"
- ALLOWED: Athletic bags (see image below) and purses or bags that measure 16" x 16" x 8" or smaller
CAMERA POLICY:
- NO professional cameras with detachable lenses
- ALLOWED: Pocket sized point and shoot cameras
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- NO iPads, GoPros, selfie sticks or glow sticks
- NO weapons of any kind
