Eddie Vedder shooshed us and Matt high fived the guy beside me

Around 8:30 we were about to watch a movie, when suddenly, we hear Wrigley blasting out a sound check.

We rush over to listen... waited from 8:30 til 10:45...

Mike came out first and bowed to the crowd. 
The Jeff just waved and  jumped in his ride.
Stone waved... Boom just got in and left.
Matt came over and high fived the guy beside us, my wife said she loved him, and he said, I love you too.

Ed is a no show... we wait and wait and wait. Finally, some GENIUS behind us says, "It's the bottom of the 9th, he won't come out until the game is over."

Sure as shit.

Cubs turned a double play to end the game and Ed pops out 2 minutes later.

He smiled, he waved, he stood on the edge of the SUV and shooshed us. 

Kinda funny.

    Hahahahaaa....
    I am from Charlotte, NC....So it's not a Chicago thing.
    I thought everyone knew what shooshing was?

    Shooshed is when you put your finger up to your lips like a #1 sign... and you shoosh them.  Like "be quiet" or "hush"....

    1. verb. pheonetic (shoosh sounds like bush) 
    To silence, or cause someone to stop speaking. To tell someone to be silent. see also shut up.
