Fixed. Mobile tickets - No password reset email?
Anyone else having a problem getting the Ticketmaster Account Manager to send the password reset email you need to log in and collect tickets?
I've been trying for days now and no matter how many times I try (and I've followed the instructions to the letter) I never get the email with instructions on how to reset the password and log-in. It's not in my Spam folder. It just never arrives.
Anyone else had the same issue and managed to resolve it?
I've contacted 10c to help, and not had a response yet. I assume they're busy with a ton of ticket issues, and so I was wondering if anyone else had solved a similar issue?

Yep. Even tried it with capital letters (1st letter, all letters, etc) in case it is case sensitive or anything like that.
Just need to get access to them.

Thanks for the assistance here but it looks like this one is an issue with the Ticketmaster/10c end of things. So I'll have to remain patient and get it sorted out by them.
Thanks. Yeah, there was no ticket link in the 'My Tickets' section of the 10c site on my iPad. But it did show up on my phone and home computer.
Unfortunately the password reset email never even gets to the mail server, and so it looks like it's not being sent for some reason - or perhaps is being sent to an incorrect or mis-spelled email address.
Need to resolve this one with 10c it seems as only they have access to the TM account they created for me.
