I was wondering when we’d start hearing about issues with the mobile tickets. Hopefully everyone will be able to get their ticket on their screen when they’re at the gates. Tried with the TM app too. No way :-(
Same issue and same iPhone model. But still unable to d/load. Safari says it cannot d/load the file.hihobibo said:

Yes. I've rebooted my phone...tried using Google instead of Safari...phone using the most up to date iOS.
I did transfer one of my tickets. Wonder if that's causing an issue?0 -
I can get the bar/box code, fortunately. I guess as long as I have internet access, I should be fine.
I'll give it another day or two. If it doesn't sort itself out, I'll probably contact the 10c.0 -

I had all kinds of issues on the Ticketmaster side of this...called their customer support, got nothing. Wrote 10c and they walked me through login issues. Best fan club ever. Can’t wait for Seattle!0

10c also told me your Ticketmaster email has to be the same as your 10c one...hope that helps.0

Still can't get them in my wallet. Tried four different web browsers. Contacted 10c and they asked for some background info about my phone and web browsers. I'm sure it'll get sorted one way or another. Again, the wallet thing is more of a safeguard/convenience.Moonsun said:
