Question about show pins/buttons

Does anybody know when the band started releasing individual pins/buttons for each concert? I have pins for every concert I've been to since 2014 but none for the 10 shows I went to before that..

    I asked the same question about stickers and apparently since 2012 they started doing them. 
    Before that occasionally or something 
    not sure about the pins though 

    2007: Nijmegen
    2010: Nijmegen
    2012: Amsterdam 1
    2013: Los Angeles 1 & 2
    2014: Gold Coast
    2018: Amsterdam 1 & 2, Prague, Krakow, Berlin
