Can't get tickets in mywallet

I have an iPhone. I am clicking add to wallet, but they are not there. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

    Curious if we need to download another app? I’ve never used a mobile ticket for anything at all to date.

    You don’t need another app. If you can’t figure out how to get the tickets in your Apple wallet just screenshot them. They don’t have to be in your wallet to get in the show.

    Worked for me no problem - there's no other app to download if you use an apple phone. 

    click on "add to apple wallet" on the ticket image
    then at the top of the next screen, click "Add" and they should then be there.

    I had no issues with this either. Troubleshooting 101 says power off your iPhone fully, power it back on, and try again.

    I do everything you are saying and get a page of random text. But that being said, we don't need to put them in the Wallet anyway, correct? Just need to sign in on the TM account and there they are

    Right, they don't have to be in your wallet, just have them on the screen and click the "Show barcode" link.

    I just figured it out. I had to add Ticketmaster to my wallet. Now they are there.

    Had to use Safari instead of Google.

    That's weird...I've never actually used apple wallet until now, I just did what I wrote above and it worked. 

    Are you running the latest iOS?

    Right, they don't have to be in your wallet, just have them on the screen and click the "Show barcode" link.
    I’m guessing you can’t screen shot  it cause people would/could sell both tickets.

    Any updates, please? I'm facing the same issue. I have d/loaded TM app: still unable to save my tickets on my wallet. I've sent an email to tickets@tenclub.net. I truly hope they can help me, as this is freaking me out.

    Try opening your wallet and then getting the Ticketmaster app through there. That’s what I did and it worked.

    I re-booted my phone, then it worked perfect. Did not have to get an app, went right in my wallet

    You shouldn't need the Ticketmaster app to get things in your wallet. 
    Try rebooting your phone or updating to the latest iOS if you're having a problem.
