Credit Card Never Charged for Seattle Tix

We won tickets to the 8/10 show in Seattle (YAY!!!), and although my PJ account says that my credit card was successfully charged, I have not yet seen a charge hit my account.  I've been emailing Ten Club trying to confirm the purchase, but haven't yet received a confirmation.  Has anyone else had this same problem?  Any suggestions?

    Does your "My tickets" portion of your account look like this with the Seattle date listed as won? 
    2014: Cincinnati
    2016: Lexington and Wrigley 1

    Yes, exactly like that.  It says that we "WON" and that the card was charged successfully.  Just got our tickets in email, so I guess all is good. :-)
