40th Birthday Present

My awesome wife commissioned this, from a local artist, for me for my 40th birthday. I’d like to know where the photo it is based on came from, can’t seem to find it anywhere. The artist that painted it found it and saved it, but now he can’t find it again. Anyone?

    I don't know the photo - my guess would be an Ed solo show -, but came here to say that's an awesome painting!

    Haha I would say 2009 or 2011 like this one which is close. 

    Anyway this is a great painting and a great gift, lucky you  ;)

    Have a look at his hair again. It's definitely from a short-haired period (i.e., 2004 or 2013 onwards). :wink:
