Just watched his interview on CNN.

Embarrassed that in my youth, I once thought proudly of what he overcame and achieved. I still give him his due for overcoming the obstacles, but his maturity in life ceased long ago.

Cut to the closing of his interview, when he thanks Pearl Jam and Eddie Vedder, Phil Jackson, and others...  only confirms that a few magical moments in his life have defined his thought process.  He merely chuckled when the interviewer reminded him of the evil that Kim Jung Un has perpetrated on his own people.

    When he was on that show Celebrity Rehab, they did some brain scans on him and the doctors discovered that he has pretty profound permanent brain damage from all the drugs and drinking, and that the damage explained much of his behaviour (Rodman didn't seem too bothered by this news), so we really can't expect him to act like a sane person. What we should expect, though, is for national leaders to not treat this brain damaged addict like some kind of foreign affairs liaison.... But in this brave new world, apparently even that is too much to expect!
