The acoustic set is excellent and the electric half just flat out rocks too.  Stellar rhythm section. They weren't much more than a one hit wonder in the States, but maintained a pretty loyal following as a live band in Europe throughout the 90s.  Fantastic songs and the crowd is unbelievable on this recording.

Totally forgot about the Horrible Crowes. Here's a few others I really like that I didn't think of earlier that I didn't see mentioned yet

The Trews - Acoustic: Friends and Total Strangers
    Gary Clark Jr. Live
Our Lady Peace - Live (DVD has the full show that I ripped for traveling or just playing background music)
Tragically Hip - That Night in Toronto
Jeff Buckley - Live at the Sin-e
The Tea Party - Live in Australia (record sounds great)
    EC - Unplugged
John Mayer Trio - Try! (not a big JM fan but I do really like the Trio)

There is only one correct answer to this, and it's volume 5 of Bob Dylan's Bootleg Series, a compilation of the 1975 Rolling Thunder Revue shows.
