    Did I read somewhere that the wife of one of the 4 soldiers, the one trump is accusing of lying, was not allowed to see, or even identify, her husbands corpse in the coffin before burial?

    If so, why?

    Yeah, I read that story too. Very sketchy. I know that also isn't uncommon with the military and have heard it before, but that's usually only for situations where they couldn't properly ID a body and had very little actual remains. Not sure what is going on. The whole situation is being handled poorly, with the worst part being that Trump can't shut up and do something besides critique how everyone else should view his call. 
    It's a hopeless situation...

    I haven't seen that yet; maybe there wasn't enough remains to identify?  Even so she should be able to see her husband's remains.  This is starting to remind me of black hawk down: a mission that got really f'ed up.

    Rachel Maddow is another person that I tend not to listen to but I did read the article and I think she is off on this.
    Yeah Rachel is just as bad as Hannity when it comes to spinning the news to their own agenda.

    Some of her connect the dot theories can be a stretch, but they’re no Bill and Hillary death squads that Hannity enjoys.

    It's because this administration commits multiple gaffes a day. Honestly, this seems like a decade with all the stupid shit they've done since.
