    Yeah - had crossed my mind as well. Not like in a blatant way or anything. I think it’s the fuzz and the rhythm in the guitars - you could hear them playing a similar riff.

    Cant stop listening to it...

    When so much time has passed since the last album, this is what 39 seconds of a supposedly new PJ riff (supposed by PJ fans, that is) can do. Very intriguing. Very cool. I hear some QOTSA too.

    Mark Guiliana's instagram has a vid of him and Matt drumming, and the caption just mentions tracking double drums for some new music that Matt is working on.
