They are saying it could bring in $225 through the holiday weekend. Insane.
Looks like we have a new premiere property for the MCU. See you later RDJ.

This might make more money domestically than Infinity War. That’s insane. With good to great reviews BP was already going to have great legs regardless of opening weekend, the sky is now the limit.0
-
Saw it today, thoroughly enjoyed it.
Don't see how Infinty War doesn't out gross it though. Unless they screw that movie up it should be massive.
This weekend we rock Portland0 -

Saw it this evening. Good movie. Not sure where it ranks vs the others but I liked it.The love he receives is the love that is saved0

Finally saw it tonight. Great flick. Even if you take out the racial stuff it’s a great marvel movie but with it I think it’s up there with the best of the MCU films. I remember reading somewhere that the villain was supposed to be like Malcolm X and BP was supposed to be like MLK, I think that is a very good comparison and I wouldn’t be surprised at all if they had that in mind when writing the movie.0
-
FYI...
There are two post credit scenes after Black Panther. I'll be honest, I'm not sure you would really miss anything though if you don't stick around for them.

It’s basically just Winter Soldier getting out of a hut and thanking Shuri for healing him. One thing I thought was noteworthy about it was that he was wearing red and blue robes, which I took as a clear hint that he will be taking over the mantle of Captain America soon.0 -

the name the children were calling him actually could mean a different future for him that lead to another character from the comics....got a mind full of questions and a teacher in my soul...0 -
