It was a great time last night. The first hour was a Q&A led my Mike with Will, Chad, and Brandi. Will then talked for a bit and brought up some of the cancer survivors in the crowd who were recipients of scholarships from the charity. The set list from the show was
Fire (Jimi Hendrix cover)
Rolling Stones I did not know
REM cover I did not know
Babe I'm Gonna Leave You (Led Zeppelin cover) This was far the musical highlight of the evening (along with Will Ferrell singing a bit of Dust in the Wind)
Personal Jesus (Depeche Mode cover) w/ Will Ferrell on cowbell and Eddie Vedder on tambourine
Eddie did not sing, but it was cool seeing him hop on the stage in the place the Evenflow video was filmed!

News February 15 2018On Monday, February 12th, Mike McCready joined Will Ferrell, Brandi Carlile, and Chad Smith at Seattle's Moore Theatre for One Classy Night of chit-chat and live rock 'n roll benefitting Cancer for College.
The friends gathered onstage to discuss their musical influences and shared personal anecdotes from their storied careers. The evening included a special live performance joined by Stefan Lessard, Josh Klinghoffer, Tim & Phil Hanseroth, and surprise guest, Eddie Vedder. The supergroup jammed through some of their favorite songs from rock 'n roll history including:
