Dude, at this point you're just embarrassing yourself. No one has claimed Foles is the next Brady. It's also rich hearing about a depleted team when the Pats were playing against a friggen back up quarter back. Oh and the Eagles missed an extra point too.Halifax2TheMax said:

Both offenses played great, both defenses were terrible. The Eagles defense stepped up and made the critical play at the critical moment. Was a highly entertaining game, and Philly was better Sunday. This weekend we rock Portland0 -
I already tipped my cap before you accused me of going on and on for a week about how the Pats were better, blah, blah, blah, I'm still waiting for a link but your blind hatred prevents you from finding it. Its too funny how you guys can throw shade for years but when someone else does it, you all get your panties in a bunch. Folds and the Eagles still had to play a 40 year old opposing QB to win a SB. Who still put up 505 yards against the alleged vaunted NFC defense of the Eagles. For the record, great SB, as all of them the Pats have played in were, except '85 when they were completely blown out. And you know you were shitting your pants when Brady got the ball back with 2:00+ to play. And there's that back up QB reference again. TB was also a back up QB. Now you're embarrassing yourself. I guess fake Eagle fans are the only ones to gloat and throw shade on the boards? You personify the whiny "oh we beat the Patriots so they suck" hater crowd. Now go wait another 53 years for another.Cliffy6745 said:

Not even thinking about comparing Foles to Brady, that's comical. But to say that it will be another 53 years for an Eagles Super Bowl while they just beat the Patriots, have a good front office in place, have most of their players signed for the next few years, have 1st Round caliber DB joining the ranks next year, have a coach who just undressed Belichek on the defensive end of that game, I think the Eagles are in a pretty good place. The Pats while a dynasty look like they may be at the end. Age catches up to everyone. While New England thinks they are still dominant they lucked out not getting a revenge minded Pittsburgh and had to go to the wire to beat a hungry and coming on Jacksonville team.Halifax2TheMax said:

Pats “didn’t luck out.” Steelers choked and looked past the Jags. At home no less. I don’t disagree with you how the Eagles are positioned but the beauty of the NFL, if there is such a thing, is that on any given Sunday, any team can beat any other team. That said, Eagles got lucky matched up against a 40 year old QB with an always suspect secondary. It’s incredibly difficult to return to the SB never mind win back to back. Enjoy the wait.as far as waves said:

Halifax, buddy...you're embarrassing yourself. You must not be self aware enough to realize it, but you are.
And I'm one of the few non-Pats fans who actually respects them and have done so for years and have defended them.....but, man.....the way you're acting here is just pretty weak. Talking about Brady's age as an excuse is just laughable. He's still one of the best quarterbacks in the league.
I told you guys that this was the weakest Pats Super Bowl team last week. So I'm acknowledging that the Eagles didn't beat one of the all time Pats teams.....but who cares how old Brady is if he's still that good?
Bottom like is you got beat. You got beat as a 4.5-5pt favorite, by a team with a back up quarterback, a back up left tackle, and back up middle line backer.
Take your loss like a man.

Bottom like is you got beat. You got beat as a 4.5-5pt favorite, by a team with a back up quarterback, a back up left tackle, and back up middle line backer.
Take your loss like a man.
Despite your misperception about it being the end of the world for pats fans, it’s not. We’re still around, living, going to work, etc. and we’ll watch the off season moves and we’ll cheer our team on. And 20 years from now we’ll laugh at the Eagles fans still reveling in the glory of their one SB win.The Juggler said:Halifax, buddy...you're embarrassing yourself. This "rest of the NFL" business is a bit funny to me. I'm a 49ers fan. I was rooting for the Patriots. Not everyone hates Tom Brady for constantly winning. The Juggler said:as far as waves said:
Believe me the wait will be enjoyable no matter how long because I'll always cherish the thought of all you salty New Englanders crying on February 4th, 2018 when your smug fanbase got dumped on by the Eagles.Halifax2TheMax said:
Pats “didn’t luck out.” Steelers choked and looked past the Jags. At home no less. I don’t disagree with you how the Eagles are positioned but the beauty of the NFL, if there is such a thing, is that on any given Sunday, any team can beat any other team. That said, Eagles got lucky matched up against a 40 year old QB with an always suspect secondary. It’s incredibly difficult to return to the SB never mind win back to back. Enjoy the wait.as far as waves said:
When Folds goes to 7 straight NFC championship games and wins 4 more SBs, then we can talk. hahahaha.....Yeah, that's my perception. I could care less what you're doing. All I'm saying is your excuses are pretty pathetic. I told you last week that this was the worst Pat's Super Bowl team so I'm not pretending we beat an all time great team or anything. But we did end your dynasty and that is something you will have to come to terms with.Regarding the self awareness--just know, that your posts, including this one, are simply adding fuel to non Pats fans. They're coming across as incredibly thin skinned and pathetic.
Enjoy your day at work.
