That's the thing I haven't received an email with any info other than announcing the tour dates. I can log in to my ticketmaster account but it won't let me be part of the pre-sale. I haven't received an email from ten club with any info saying I am even eligible for the pre sale yet my account is up to date with renewal. I get to this page and once I enter my info and try to sign in it does nothing but stays on this page. UGH!!

Really strange! Can you go to www.ticketmaster.com and sign in there? Maybe your ticketmaster password isn't working, but that page above isn't doing proper error handling, or maybe ticketmaster has your IP blocked (which they would do from time to time for F5'ers and suspected bots). If you can log in via ticketmaster.com, you should be able to log in via this page.

At the top of your screenshot it says the page requires cookies. Try clicking to allow it as that may be the reason the page won’t do anything for you.

I can sign in to my Ticketmaster account with no problem. I click on the link to allow cookies and still nothing. It does this on my laptop and both my ipads and iphone. Nothing works. I emailed 10C with a screen shot of what I posted here. Its been this way since I tried to log in yesterday and I have tried everything I know. I work on a computer all the time and can figure most things out, I am no IT guy, but this is just so annoying because nothing works.

How was last time? Coming from South Africa Possibly... if no GA, what would that mean? pardon my ignorance... it's my 3rd show and previous were both GA so don't know any different.

Hello everybody. This will be my first time purchasing tickets as a 10C member and I'm wondering how much money I should expect my tickets to be (if I'm selected) for either of the Fenway shows. Thanks in advance for any information you guys can share.

Yeah, they might have mistakenly identified you as a possible bot, as someone else mentioned. I think I'm suffering from the same thing right now, because I keep getting immediate errors when I'm trying to buy a ticket, and it REALLY SUCKS. I have been doing a lot of "trying again" during ticket sales lately, so i dunno, I guess that made them suspicious. I've emailed TM today - hopefully they get back to me soon.

Go to the tour page and click on the info button for the show you want to register for. It will take you here.

Thanks for the reply...Do 10C ticket prices vary depending on what seats you are awarded? Would I be charged more the closer I am to stage, or all all 10C tickets priced the same?

We don't know yet. We'll find out once the lottery starts. They've gone both ways with this in the past.

What browser are you using? I tried to get Jack White tix today and kept getting blocked/error messages (I was logged into my TM account). I was using Firefox. Quit that and launched Google Chrome and it worked no problem so maybe a browser issue?

I was using firefox, but I tried Chrome as well, and I got the same error. If it is a browser issue (and the issue is going across multiple browsers for at least some of us), that is terrible. Either way its terrible. I was completely locked out from buying tickets for no apparent reason.

It's all good, if being smart and saving money on my phone bill by rarely using it for data is cause for ridicule so be it. I'll take the extra $100 a month I'm saving any day. It's getting me to Seattle isn't it?
