    Doing some Seattle hotel investigative work - there's one hotel right by Safeco (Silver Cloud), and the rates for 8/8 - 8/11 are curiously higher than most of the month (excluding Seafair, but including M's home games). I'm not sure if hotels are privy to stadium events at all, but interesting...

    I imagine most hotels have an inventory system that links to to their pricing.  As rooms are booked the price of the remaining rooms increases.  It could be as simple as a ton of people are making reservations based on rumors in this thread.

    We really don't need another tour announcement now...booking a 3rd tour in advance is a little bit ridiculous.

    Where did all these stadium rumours even come from? Any credible source?

    I called the office at Safeco today on a chance that I could get a little info on when tickets would be going on sale for next summer's Pearl Jam shows. The guy I spoke to checked on it but said he "didn't have any information on that yet". I know it's wishful thinking, but I figured it was worth a shot.

    Assuming Wrigley & Fenway are happening again, which one should I attend? I can only pick one due to travel expenses and school starting back in August. (Im a teacher by the way). I’ve never been to either city. Thoughts? Suggestions?
