    The Chicagos buy it now price is close to what I gave. The Atlanta i would like to wait and see how this one does. I probably wouldn't have asked that much.

    That would definitely have been a good indication. My guess - it doesn't get a bid at that price.

    As predicted, and not surpisingly, the ATL went without a bid. I think the seller overpriced it by $1k or so...
