Nugs - over a month to ship a cd?

So my wife ordered the Wrigley bootlegs for me as a Christmas gift.  She ordered them on 11/26 and I just received them yesterday 1/3.  I know there are holidays to consider and all, but the packing slip shows it was shipped on 12/29.   

My days of having a hard copy of my favorite shows might be over, save $, time, and the environment and just go digital.

    Yes. Same happened to me.  Ordered on 11/26 and received on 01/03.  Brutal.  I get that they probably have a large amount of orders because of the holidays and the discounts and I get that they probably press these to order, but over a month is a bit much in my opinion.

    Were these Replicated (real silver cds) or Duplicated (cdr-s)?  If it was the former this is not surprising.

    I’m still waiting on a 11/26 order(CDRs). I like having physical copies, and was hoping to have them sooner to enjoy over my Christmas holiday when I had time. Kind of sucks.

    This happens with Nugs every year from Black Friday to New Year.  I'm pretty sure they take the whole month of December off.

    Happened to me last year. Ordered the Denver 2014 show (last show I attended), and took about 2 months to get here. After about 6 weeks I assumed it was lost or forgotten so I emailed, and they told me they had some production delays.

    Last time I ordered from them it took forever. I decided then that I wasn't going to order again. Download only. Though for some reason I have trouble with their download process. Not my favorite company. I wish this was all available on Bandcamp. It's so easy to do everything on that site.

    Ordered both Boston 2016 nights on 4/1/2017.  I never received the CD's so I contacted Nugs and got the following response:

    Unfortunately we have not received the approved artwork for your CD yet. We ship all CD orders as fast as possible. Your order will be processed as soon as the artwork is received. We appreciate your patience.

    The "approved artwork"?  It was in the shop and nothing special.  I contacted 10 club about this and received no response other than a refund on 11/20/2017

    All I wanted and still want are the CD's.

    Try Ordering them again .and see it does take them forever it seems .I got a bigger 2014 empty box like 6mths after I oreded it but got a smaller one first and a note saying to disgard previous box.did anyone else?

    Ordered some bootlegs in 26/11, received 08/01 (Europe) 

    Ordered 6, received 5 and only 1 has the correct music on it.  I got music from Amsterdam 2 in 2012 on my what shoud've been Mansfiel 6/30/2008.  'D'oh'

    I ordered my Wrigley boot the day they were available for purchase.   They showed up today.  They were mailed from Sweden.  Maybe that's why it took longer than the standard two weeks for US to Canada shipping.

    That's funny. Same thing happened to me last year with Telluride boot. My wife gave me a note on Christmas that said something about how she ordered it on December 1st and it hasn't gotten here yet... with a couple of funny placed expletives...
