Still haven't received PJ Ticketmaster tickets in mail????

Im from canada, and lost out on the tenclub lottery so I instead ordered a pair of floor seats to the Amsterdam show from Ticketmaster Netherlands on December 6th but I have still not received them in the mail and its been 2 weeks. Anyone else had this problem before and what to do about it? Does it normally take this long to get them? On their website it says 14 days max. I tried emailing them but doesn't work on the website. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :-)

    I'm  from the USA & i got my ticket through Ticketmaster  for the Krakow show. Mine are suppose to be : Method of delivery: International Registered Mail - Your ticket(s) will be sent by Registered Mail Intl. only. And, it's suppose to here in 14 days, but i ordered my ticket on Dec. 8., so i have a couple of more days. But, is it 14 Business days? or just 14 days?  You'd think it would be just  14 days, right?

    I think its 14 total days but I don't know for sure. I paid 5.90$ euros to have it shipped so hopefully I get them soon. What happens if they get lost in mail?

    Lets HOPE that doesn't happen(lost in the mail), because i have no idea what happens. 

    I wish we got tracking numbers.

    I'm in the same position having ordered tickets for Krakow but i'm in the UK. The post is crazy at this time of year so i wouldn't worry about it just yet.

    Ticketmaster hard tix always take a while to be delivered. They dont print them prior to the sale, throw in international mail carriers and that takes time too. Ticketmaster is usually pretty good about claims on lost tickets if they were never delivered. They void the ones they first printed, then reprint new ones with new barcodes and reship or you pick them up in will call.

    I've had TM hold and wait to ship tickets until a few weeks before the show.

    I agree : Ticketmaster is usually pretty good getting tickets delivered. So, i'm not concerned ....................yet. 

    I wanted to pick up the ticket at Will Call, but i wasn't given that option.

    I didn't get tickets for those shows, but my Ticketmaster ticket hasn't arrived yet, either.

    I think we should get a e-mail when tickets are about to be sent?

    I've just received my Krakow tickets this morning so these are just starting to get through. As i said before, the post is a little slower than usual at this time of year in Europe. So if you're waiting for them in the US i wouldn't worry, they are on the way.

    I just got my mail and no tickets here in the USA.

    Waiting on Krakow tickets, so maybe they'll be here soon.

    I sent a e-mail to Ticketmaster asking about my Krakow ticket. I got a quick response & that the ticket was sent, but didn't say when it was sent. They gave me a tracking number but NO Link to enter a tracking number. I Googled how to track a Registered letter International but NO luck finding out how to track it. Does anyone know how to Track a Registered letter International ?
