saw the show tonight.  Grabbed a ticket at the box office an hour before.  Show was very amazing.  And......
Guy next to me worked for live nation/Netherlands.
Said they still have 2 on the books for Amsterdam.
did say doesn’t mean they won’t bail on night 2.  But booked at this point.

Great info, thanks. Think Pinkpop‘s the reason. We‘ll get the second show somewhere around March. Still enough time and demand for a sold out show, I think.

So can you just walk up to box office and get a ticket before the SOB show that night!?

I did not ask about other shows but he seemed confident about Amsterdam 2 after PinkPop.
Yes.  I walked up to the box office at 3pm and they had 2 tix for the show available.  Not sure if lucky or standard for each show.

Interesting that you were able to walk up and get tickets. Been wanting badly to see this. But the tickets have seemed impossible to get. How much did you pay if you don't mind me asking?

Yes.  Box office said most days you can get a ticket day of show. Not cheap.  Good orch seat. $500.
Said they had a cheaper pair earlier in the day

I was texted the code from Ticketmaster when they went on sale again about a week ago.  Cheapest ticket was $500 and I passed.  I love Bruce but that’s a crazy amount especially without the E Street Band.  I had Bruce tickets in the front GA section last year for $80.

You would think Bruce would be mixing up the setlists atleast a little bit for these shows but I guess not. Bet it was an awesome time though.

Yes... he's reading passages out of his autobiography.  Which was another reason to pass on the $500 tix being that I already read the book. I would have loved to have seen it.... just not for that money.  I'm too spoiled by my $90 Pearl Jam tickets.

If you are a Bruce fan it's worth every penny

Mixing up wouldn't work for this show

There has been a cancellation line for most of the Bruce shows - sounds like they have on average a dozen or so tickets a night.  The risky part is the number of tix and number of people in line varies by night.  Sounds like most folks jump in line early hoping to get "lower" price tickets but it varies by day.  Now that he extended the show it sounds like it's easier to get in for face value - but as others have pointed out face value is pretty rich.

Huge Bruce fan, but we can disagree on whether it’s worth it.

I just went to Bruce on 12/23 from the cancellation line.   Show was a 2pm matinee, box office opened at 10am.  I arrived at 10:20 - a couple was in there before me and there was a pair of 7th row center orchestra seats that they bought for $800 each face value.  There were none left after that but I was first in standby line.  After about 20 mins they called me and there was a single available for $200 face value.  I was in the back of the MEZZ - it's a small theater so you can really see well from wherever.  I heard for the line you either buy what comes up or you go to the back....the day I was there there was only one other person in line, who ironically was a college student from the NL and we talked about the PJ show too - yay!!

For Bruce if you have a day or 2 in the city I think it pays to go down there and just hang out - where there's a will there's a way!

500$ is probably... definitely too much coin for me the drop for this. I'm sure it's amazingly special night with him but too rich for my blood.
