    Just got the DVD combo and there was no pennant. Also curious about the vinyl soundtrack... Does the 10 Club version come with a booklet? Or is it just the two vinyl records

    No booklet in the 10club version.

    Ok, I can accept Finland and Australia - but Halifax!!! Come on Canada Post! Has anyone received their Dvd in Alberta?

    Did any international orders not get a pennant?  Looks like the opposite of the usual run of things with the international friends getting more luck than the domestics!
