https://newsroom.fb.com/news/2017/10/hard-questions-russian-ads-delivered-to-congress/- 44% of total ad impressions (number of times ads were displayed) were before the US election on November 8, 2016; 56% were after the election.
- Roughly 25% of the ads were never shown to anyone. That’s because advertising auctions are designed so that ads reach people based on relevance, and certain ads may not reach anyone as a result.
Exclusive: Russian-linked Facebook ads targeted Michigan and Wisconsin

Speaking of being informed, Em for full disclosure, I want to see the Facebook and twitter ads, what the NSA has on the DNC hack/leak and the Senate Intel report the Dems don't want released in full. Lets see it all.benjs said:
Who said you're supposed to believe that? The statement is crystal clear: "To protect the public, American people deserve to see @facebook ads, and how Russian intel services used social media to divide our country." Where do you see Trump's name, or even an insinuation (veiled or not) that Trump was responsible?JC29856 said:

Im supposed to believe that Trump was behind the Russia linked operatives that ran approximately 750 facebook ads in Michigan and Wisconsin and those ads swung those states to Trump?

It's very easy to see that the optimal election outcome for Russia was with Trump as President. Whether Russia decided to intervene on their own or on Trump's instruction (or suggestion, as it likely was), doesn't make an ounce of a difference. As I've said here before, Russia played smart by virtually interfering with this election (just as America does in typically more abrasive ways). It's not their fault that so many American people choose being proven right over being informed.

I'll ask you, what is so easy to see that Russia preferred Trump over Hillary? What have they gained or what did they expect to gain with Trump in office, not including war with US over Syrian airspace? Hillary would have been "tougher" (no more knock it offs!) on Putin? The Juggler said:^

I admit I prefer Gilbert Godfrey as pres then anyone else who threatens war with a nuclear power over Syrian airspace. If I had to go to war with a nation, I would choose NK before I would think about choosing Russia Russia Russia.
Where was the Trump suggestion? To FIND the 33,000 emails Hillary deleted as part of the coverup? I actually thought that was pretty brilliant on Trumps part, every Brock bot and Hill bot claimed that Trump told Putin/Russia to hack (hack = find) Hillarys emails.
Nothing like you're own CREW pointing out that you purposefully and willfully deleted emails after records retention requesta and a subpoena (no intent!).

Trump's suggestion was actually publicly stated: "Russia, if you're listening, I hope you're able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing". It is also somewhere between highly likely and certain based on the throngs of undisclosed connections to Russian-connected personnel which keep surfacing - but I know you only participate in the game of connect-the-dots when it's to do with the DNC (a party you say you don't even belong to but exclusively criticize).JC29856 said:

In terms of the talking points, Trump was overwhelmingly pro-Russian in his campaign. There are also documented financial dealings between Russia and Trump, his subsidiary organization, members of his administration his subsidiary organizations. Clinton has also been visibly at odds with Russian policy, and at personal odds with Putin.

Trump's instruction (or suggestion, as it likely was)... how so?
In terms of the talking points, Trump was overwhelmingly pro-Russian in his campaign. There are also documented financial dealings between Russia and Trump, his subsidiary organization, members of his administration his subsidiary organizations. Clinton has also been visibly at odds with Russian policy, and at personal odds with Putin.
You have a bewildering way of ignoring inconvenient information.

Apparently Putin shared many of the same feelings about Hilliary as the more than 4 million voters that make a conscience decision not to vote for such a terrible corrupt weeble wobble of a candidate.benjs said:
Trump's suggestion was actually publicly stated: "Russia, if you're listening, I hope you're able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing". It is also somewhere between highly likely and certain based on the throngs of undisclosed connections to Russian-connected personnel which keep surfacing - but I know you only participate in the game of connect-the-dots when it's to do with the DNC (a party you say you don't even belong to but exclusively criticize).JC29856 said:

Who said you're supposed to believe that? The statement is crystal clear: "To protect the public, American people deserve to see @facebook ads, and how Russian intel services used social media to divide our country." Where do you see Trump's name, or even an insinuation (veiled or not) that Trump was responsible?JC29856 said:
25% of of the 3000 ads were not geo-targeted
large number of ads were run in areas of the country that were not heavily contested

I was under the impression that Putin was hacking our democracy over something more than a personal vendetta against Hill. I thought there was something more for Putin/Russia to gain. Maybe the gains at this point are unrealized, we'll see.
