Looking for info about 1995 poster

I bought this a few years ago thinking it was some kind of fake or repro of some kind cause I have never seen it. Anyone know anything about this poster/sign/advertisement? I have scoured Google and can't find anything.

There is nothing on the back and the cardboard is fairly thick.
