Raffle for Charity

I am looking to sell/raffle a poster and donate all the proceeds to a charity helping with the flooding in Houston. Is it possible to do a raffle? If so, any directions would be appreciated. If not, I will sell and donate. The poster will probably be in the $200 range. Was looking to maximize the donation. Thanks in advance for any information.

    I'm not on Facebook, but I met one of the Amongst the Waves people. He actually came to my house to help us out with energy conservation. Hella swella fella.

    It wasn't Dayle, though. It was a different Masshole.
