A woman at my bank told me she does porn today.

I dated a retired porn actress for a while about 20 years ago. She was incredibly intelligent, breathtakingly beautiful and probably the sweetest person I've met in my lifetime. 

It didn't work out, though. I didn't care about the porn stuff. I never watched it and had no idea who she was. I just couldn't get over our age difference. She was only eight to ten years older than I was at the time. Seems like nothing now. But we were looking for different things out of life, and I wasn't in the headspace to make compromises.

I doubt it was Christine, which is what I think her first name was. It was a long time ago.

Our old mortgage officer just lost his chance to work with us again for a refi.

My wife called to discuss doing so since she was not working at the time we bought this place but now is and makes almost double what I make.

She let him know that her finding a job was one of the main reasons why we wanted to refinance. To which he replied, "I want you to know that a part-time gig won't really move the needle." Boy howdy! She let him have it after that!

I'm not trying to excuse him, but it's a small town in Massachusetts, I don't think any other male mortgage officer is going to treat her any differently.

Basically, "Oh, it's nice you got 10-2 gig at the flower shop sugartits. Is the man of the house around?"

The more she begins to hate it here, though, the stronger my case becomes for getting the fuck out!

My wife introduced me to a friend of hers who was visiting from out of town.  She was very cool, a really nice lady.  My wife is rather conservative and so I was a bit surprised when she told me this lady friend of hers was a well known porn actress.  I was told she just liked the work and it had no bearing on her personality or way of living outside the job.  Not too many years later, we heard from a mutual friend that this lady had died.  We were very saddened.  Neither of us has ever seen her work nor have ever had any inclination to do so.  We remember her for the person she was, a very cool, friendly lady with a good heart.
