PJ20 and Wrigley Bootlegs

I'm sure this has been asked a MILLION times, but does anyone have info on if/when/why these shows aren't available for sale as official bootlegs? Just wonderin'...and hoping they surface soon. I was at both PJ20 shows and the first Wrigley show and it would be amazing to relive all the rain again! haha :)
