I finally found a teeny bit of respect for Spicer. I never understood how anyone would want to lie and obfuscate day after day. Huckabee Sanders is even worse.

    As white house press secretary it is never a matter of "if" but always "when" he or she will resign. It is a very tough  job.

    But this guy, Spicer, was terrible.

    I have no knocks on Spicer's ability. This guy was given an impossible task from the start and it's become more and more impossible with each passing day. 
    So, yeah, he's a tool. Yeah he told lies. Yeah he should have quit when he knew he was being told to lie for Trump. But he didn't. If this had been a Rubio or Kasich administration, an admin with self control, Spicer really could have been successful.
