The Bulls kinda skew Chicago's championships a bit.  Without them, only 6 of 21 championships have happened in the last half-century.

    Bears: 1921, 1932, 1933, 1940, 1941, 1943, 1946, 1963, 1985
    Bulls: 1991, 1992, 1993, 1996, 1997, 1998
    Blackhawks: 1934, 1938, 1961, 2010, 2013, 2015
    Cubs: 1907, 1908, 2016
    White Sox: 1906, 1917, 2005

Well, who do my Blackhawks unload this summer?  I think shopping Seabrook is a given, but that contract is so bloated I don't know who would take him.  Maybe Vegas.  Could Hossa be on the trade block, too?  "Inside sources" are saying at least one of the big names is on the move.  It's not going to be Toews, Kane, or Keith, and probably not Crawford, either.  No doubt some significant room must be made for the cap.
    I've heard Kane.

My Canes got Darling from you for next to nothing. We've been getting a bunch of used players from you the past few years. I really hope Darling works out the best, we need an average to above average goalie in the worst way.
Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

This was my Saturday watching Game 3 in Nashville. It was a fun playoff ride, just too bad the Predators came up a little short. Looking forward to next season.

So in less than a week, we will have the expansion draft.  Some player movement for every team and we watch another team come together.

That was you and your friends? lol that's awesome. I saw that on Twitter the next morning and thought "that's absurd" but the more I thought about it, pretty easy to do if you're there all day long

We were surprised it made news. I didn't even know that they guy who posted it on Reddit took a pic. We had been watching the game with him and his wife. My buddy heard them talking about it on Nashville sports radio last Wednesday, then we found the SBNation story...then we just laughed for the next 2 days. In a hot bar for 11 hours, drinking lots of water, I think we sweated a good portion of it out.

Well, if they can make a news story about a guy throwing a catfish on the ice, they can make one about this one. And yeah, it was pretty warm down there that day. Question, do they still have the bathroom attendant at Rippy's?

Unfortunately. That 2nd floor bathroom is tiny enough without an attendant. I don't think he showed up until late afternoon.

exactly. A Buffalo Bills hockey jersey. Awful.
On another note,I believe a new company is taking over the jersey contract this year in the NHL and is making some minor changes to some of the team designs. I think I read that somewhere.
And so you see, I have come to doubt

Adidas took over the reebok contract for the jerseys, i thought it was for all the teams.

It is for the whole league, but certain teams will have small tweaks to their design.

LOL.  I can't believe people go so nuts over PJ hockey and baseball jerseys.  And pay $150-200 for them....crazy.

Props to you guys, that is funny.
One time in Miami, in town in our 20s before a friends wedding for a few days, we parked ourselves on the patio @ The Clevelander and drank all day.  There were 7 of us I think.  We closed out the first waitress north of $1,000 and challenged ourselves to a $1,250 tab for the 2nd waiter.  (We had to join up with others for dinner in the evening.)  We accomplished our goal.  More booze, though, so it adds up much more quickly.  (And packs a hell of a whallop.)
Good point about the temperature -- sweating that stuff out makes a big difference.
Sweet that you were noted for it!

So how terrible are these new jerseys, right?! The Canes have improved slightly, but the rest of em, wow. Adidas put a TON of effort into these, aka none at all.

Well the draft is ok so far, hopefully there's some more trades tomorrow.
