    mansfield 2003
    Santa barbara 2006
    Gorge 2005
    Grand Rapids 2006
    Toronto 2009?

    any others?

    The first 10 songs from Telluride are mostly acoustic. It also has Santa Cruz (which got a name change to Telluride for the show).

    Toronto '09 boot doesn't have the pre-set songs.
