    That's a good story. I hope they made him Employee of the Month.
    I love the part when he's describing how he expected a pat on the back from the other customer for helping the wheelchair-bound customer, and she just wanted to speak to Ed's manager for letting the handicapped dude skip in line. "I'm going to get you fired" --- classic!

    Great story, I could only imagine being a Mariners fan and getting excited to buy tickets - with the bonus of that long wait to buy them from Eddie.
