another incredible band. recently saw them live and they were fucking flawless. tough to rank...love every album

1.) A Crow Left of The Murder
2.) Morning View
3.) Make Yourself
4.) S.C.I.E.N.C.E.
5.) Light Grenades (the excellent songs here are better than the excellent songs on science, but science is more consistant)
6.) If Not Now When?
7.) Fungus Amongus

at first i hated INNW, but 3/4 of it reaaally grew on me...love all 7 albums

    I cannot believe people think A Crow... is the best album. It's nowhere near as good as SCIENCE, MY and MV. Or FA.

    It's just boring and the loss of Dirk was massive.

    A crow left of the murder is terrible after Pistola. Awful songs.

    Yup. And the loss of their original DJ (DJ Lyfe) after Science caused the first downhill slide.

    I'd put Enjoy Incubus in there too...probably at #2 behind Science, but your list is spot on.

    It isn't great before, but it is awful after that song.

    There's no way it's their best album, for me. SCIENCE is a really driven and accomplished (plus original) piece of work.

    Yeah, the gradual dismantling of the original band has caused quality control to suffer!

    Have you ever listened to Audiovent? They were ok.

    I just found the earlier stuff much more energetic, original, experiemental, and interesting. Make Yourself and Morning View are good, but not great. To me, Science is f'ing epic.

    I never gave Audiovent much thought. I know they have Incubus ties.

    I saw Incubus a few times in the late 90's, before Pardon Me exploded, and they were awesome.

    i think a crow left is easily their most interesting album. one of my favorite guitar albums ever...so many changes in all the songs

    With the exception of "Leech" Id have to agree with that, but those first 7 songs are amazing enough to rank this album pretty high.

    the best album by far is SCIENCE. i saw incubus open for korn on family values tour with that album and the show was so sick and awesome, i again saw incubus 1 more time later on, at their own headlining show around 2007 ish? and the show was no where near as good as the show in 98 on the family values tour. yes the 2007 show was 90mins instead of 45mins, but the new songs are so soft and it completely different style than science, science is a crazy album, it was 1 of my favorite albums ever, but i really do not care for any incubus album after that, espically the last few they have, all their new stuff sounds like pop rock, also the crowd seems completely different too , the 98 family values tour, the crowd seemed to be a bumch of punk rock and metal heads, the newer shows since they gone mainstream seem to have a lot of bozo mainstream fans that just listen to radio hits, and dont know much about music outside of mainstream radio

    98 family values the pit was crazy too, in 2007 incubus barely had any pit, a few peole tried to start one and other peple seemed to not be into it. they played mostly new songs though that was way softer than science album

    2. Make Yourself (Solid album, but a bit too poppy)
    3. Morning View (Really good songs and Some mediocre)
    4. Light Grenades
    5. Fungus
    6. A Crow Left of the Murder (Gave up after this album, but glad I finally listened to Light Grenades recently)
    7. INNW (Still can't get in to this one at all)
    It's a hopeless situation...
