I e-mailed my senator Toomey about this, got a BS response back saying why he supported it, I think he blamed Obama somewhat for putting this in motion. Oh btw he also took $144,000 to vote this way. There's a site that shows how much each Senator and House member took to vote to approve this. Check it out:

Sounds like a great idea. I skimmed through the bill and didn't see how this would be tracked or regulated to keep companies honest. I'm picturing getting some random check in the mail for $1.00 and being like, WTF? Almost like a royalty check for my name and infoCM189191 said:
