I have yet to find or see any proof that it was Assad that ordered the chemical attack. Does anyone have any? Furthermore, Trump launching a strike of that caliber without congressional approval is illegal. The president is allowed discretion to carry out acts of war without congressional approval ONLY when national security or the nation itself is under immanent attack.
