There's none on eBay or sold on eBay. And there are some other VIP items on eBay now from last nights show. I think it's total BS that they were for the HOF. There was no merch at all last night. Me and my buddy checked the whole building. We even joked that we had pockets of cash and nothing to spend it on.

Part of me enjoys being kept in suspense the way they leak little tidbits of info, pics, etc. It keeps everything a mystery and gives us something to look forward to.
The other part of me wonders why everything is a big secret with cryptic messages and just prefers they get on with it and let out whatever news there is so we can plan accordingly. That said, I expect this to be nothing more than the Wrigley blu ray.

That dude totally panicked and said that to calm the masses. They have nothing to do with last night. But, he did succeed with what he wanted to do....create a buzz. Bring on the Wrigley boots/DVD!!!

We said the same thing. Wasted opportunity - tons of PJ fans with pockets of cash to burn on merch!

2 shows in 2016. No 2013 on this release is my guess.
I don't want the 2013 show. A fun time, but terrible flow due to the thunderstorm causing the delay. Hopefully the announcement for the 2016 show release is coming soon, Blu-Ray and bootlegs.

I wouldn't be surprised if the release is something with the '16 Wrigley shows, but they use the release date to release a boot of the 2013 show as well.

I want the 2013 show so that I can see The Ernie Banks moment again. I know the footage exists from at least parts of the 2013 show (including EV and Ernie).
Seems weird to use it to promote the release of an item but not put the actual release date on it. Summer 2017 sounds more like how you would promote a series of concerts occurring on various dates throughout the summer.
But that's clearly me reading into it and wishful thinking.

It's probably both a tour and DVD release- to really mind-fuck yous guys.
I can't believe we are wondering about the significance of PJ merchandise. They'll sell practically anything in the shop (and that's OK) and it doesn't have to be related to an upcoming tour.
Beggars can't be choosers, and I'll flip when I finally get to relive the 2016 Wrigley shows. BUT... and to me this is the only reasonable request for the 2013 show...
Some of us were pretty smashed after the 3 hour rain delay. I'm sure others can vouch, but it was hard to find beer for much of that rain delay. Almost all the vendor stands were out. I'm from Wisconsin, so I can smell a drop of beer like a shark can sense blood in the water from miles away. We found what was left in the upper deck and did our part. The way I see it, we got rid of all the beer so others could hydrate.
Anyways, the bootleg and bluray might help me piece together a few moments that I might not remember so clearly. Please!

All you needed to do was stand in the rain if you needed to hydrate, it permeated through your skin it was so heavy!

They could announce two wrigley shows today for next weekend, and sell out both immediately. Not much of a heads up is needed.

If it is for a Wrigley bluray/cd release, it does make it seem like it will only encompass the two shows from last year (as title seems to be let's play two). Given they they wore the same clothes both nights, probably a compilation from both nights?
