Once again this does not add up. Who knows what the true colours are since there may have been a filter being used. Also if they were for the Hall of Fame why would you have "summer" and baseball bats on it with a Cubs slogon on it. If it was for a Wrigley pack why would you have the year 2017 on it. No one cares what year the package came out. If this is for the Hall of Fame what a weird promo to hand out

So you don't think a promo item should have the release date promoting when an item is being released?

All signs point to it promoting a Wrigley release, which we know is happening at some point.

I am in search of this penant, if any one got one last night, or has a one to trade or sell, please let me know.

I never looked at it as a promo for the package but as an item that came with the package. If it is a promo to hype the package then ya it makes sense.

Honestly, none of this makes sense at all. The colors, the "summer" , a pennant, nothing screams HOF to me I really wish they were more straight forward with future touring plans. I know they don't owe us that, but with a huge, older, traveling fan base it would help.

This could easily just be an item to help celebrate the Cubs winning the championship and chasing another.

It's funny, people ask about wrigley bootlegs almost daily here. We know a video is in the works and 10c said something is happening. Rumors pointed towards something regarding the '16 shows for Cubs opening day, we get this pic 3 days before opening day/10c monthly update email, and people are wondering what this could be for.

It definitely could be for a video but it would be a poorly designed piece of marketing if that's the case. Also... they are claiming it's just a promo for the hall of fame and we've seen zero feedback from anyone that these were actually given out there.

There were rumors of a stadium tour a few months ago from a newspaper writer in Cleveland. I'm hoping that this is a pretend leak designed to create some hype before a stadium tour announcement.

Wrigley already has a record 10 concerts scheduled for 2017 (up from 7 last year). Believe it's part of the Ricketts' plan to generate additional revenue for the team. Per the Chicago Tribune article below, "Neither the Cubs nor LiveNation will say whether more shows will be added."

    http://www.chicagotribune.com/entertainment/ct-wrigley-field-concerts-htmlstory.html

    Will be there for Dead&co
