Okay, so they play Lost Dogs in it's entirety and follow with.....With Arms Wide Open.

Would you forgive them since they played Lost Dogs?

I don't think you could ever forgive them if the played Lost Dogs in it's entirety.
With Arms Wide Open would be about the only song that all fans would relate to.
With the amount of covers PJ is investing in lately they should cover photograph by Nickelback.
I would rather take that than the boring Comfortably Numb cover.

I guess I'm the only PJ fan left in the world who admits to liking Creed... Great band who had some damn good songs.... Mark Tremonti is a bad ass guitarist, Scott Stapp can write lyrics and sing..... It's not complicated to hate, it's just childish.... Where are your musical talents and why haven't we heard your songs yet?

The most boring comment ever used when discussing music.

"Transformers: revenge of the fallen is a really shitty movie.

WELL WHAT HAVE YOU EVER DIRECTEEEEEEED?!?!?!??!"

New Kids on the Block sold 80 million in the same time period...Odd ducks indeed lol

I think this version of Green Disease is from NC 2003 where Ed changes some lyrics to address the posers in Creed...

"There's a stowaway with my throat... it's deceiving... his bands called Creed"

If you gonna "rip someone", you better be able to get back to your own song afterwards. Haha.

Any reason for Eddie to say that, at that time? Wasn't Creed popular in like the end of the 90s? This is 2003...

I feel like the guys from Full House might have been able to "rap" on par with that. Uncle Jesse could lay down the riffs and Danny could lay down that sweet flow, spit some hot fire!

We aren't really thinking that's better than this are we??

I was wearing onesies, but my older brother was a big fan of Slayer and Napalm Death, so that's not much better.

I feel like that's meant as an insult, but I can't figure out what's wrong with farms or goat's milk...
    :confounded:

Either way, I am thankful that my father's Columbia House record club was put to good use on PJ, AIC, Blind Melon, REM, Tool, etc and not Beastie Boys! Dodged a bullet there!

I was going to say......Seasoned fingerling potatoes, baked in the oven. Last 10 minutes of cooking add goat cheese crumbles. Whoa! Very good and the cheese adds a nice creamy texture to the potatoes.

I don't have any Creed albums but don't mind the songs on the radio. I cringe when I hear that guitar riff after "can you take me higher" is sung.

Did Scott Stapp say something to provoke Eddie to say what he did during that video shared above?

Like I said earlier, I like don't dislike Creed, mainly due to their 'harder' non radio riffs. Not a fan of the softer 'Arms Wide Open' and 'Can You Take Me Higher' radio favorites. That being said, I don't know if I've ever searched out Creed on my iPod to play one of their albums. If it comes up in the shuffle, I will probably give it a listen.

And for the record...NOT a fan of Nickelback...not in the slightest.

And the Beastie Boys are a top ten band for me...right up there with Public Enemy and N.W.A. as one of the best three (probably #1) 'rap' groups ever. Licensed To Ill in 1986 (along with Run-D.M.C.'s Raising Hell) made a music fan out of a then 14 year old Spartanacus.

Re. Beastie Boys... Unfortunately they are still likely remembered by too many for "Fight For Your Right" and the tongue-in-cheek cheese that came along with it (and a lot of Licence to Ill for that matter). Afterwards, a lot of their music became much groovier and less brash - which was for the better. Check out their instrumental album "The In Sounds From Way Out" if you get the chance.
