  Dropkick Murphy's are still playing, they put out an album a few months ago.

  I know they are still playing/recordings.. I miss them cause I don't listen to "secular " ( kinda don't like that word.. seems rather diminishing.. maybe just me?) music anymore.. There are a few bands I miss.. they are one.

  a guy brings an octopus to a bar and proclaims, " my octopus could play any instrument there is."
  Disbelieving, one guy brings a guitar to him, and the octopus start playing it like Jimi Hendrix.
  Amazed, another guy brings up a trumpet ,and the octopus starts playing it like Louie Armstrong.!
  Confident, a third guy brings up a set of bagpipes and hands them to the octupus.
  the octopus starts fumbling with it, looking very confused.
  Aha! says the gentleman. You can't play it!
  "play it?" says the octopus "i'm trying to f*** it if I could get its pajamas off!"
