    Well the Caps take my Blues to the cleaners again in a deal with Shattenkirk going to Washington. What do we do with the number one overall pick in 2006? Draft Eric Johnson, send him to the Avs in 2011 for Shattenkirk/Stewart and now end up with a late first rounder from Washington and a hack in return? Fucking hell. I swear I'm punished as a Blues fan for eternity.

    In fairness that is having good players for 12 years as a result of your number one pick. Sure, it isn't Crosby but most teams don't hit jackpot.
    I think Hitch was a problem but know many fans liked him.

    tough dealing impending UFAs ... getting a first round pick (albeit late first rounder) and some prospects ...

    Don't like the moves the Kings made but I trust Dean. Wish we could have brought in a Carter or Gabby this year. Maybe iginla can find lighting in a bottle and get hot.
    Dwight King is a really good players to have on your team. Solid, solid defensive player. Penalty killer specialist who can bang around on the fourth line. Habs will like his grit.

    Whoever does the music is a huge PJ fan and especially Yield. The other night I heard both Faithful and In Hiding against the Blues. I heard at least two other PJ songs. Dallas is the winner in my book though, I've heard Breakerfall on more than one occasion there.
