Still sad they were never able to follow through with this

Never understood why they said anything before it was finalized? Oh well

if I remember correctly it was brought up initially the day the Borgata shows went on sale and they sold out in like 2 minutes and people were royally pissed. to calm the masses they mentioned something big bold and free that was coming down the line.
I thought they added the philly show in response to borgota?
They did and it was one of the best shows I've attended.
    That it was.

they did indeed but i thought the original day of borgota sale is when the 1st mention of big bold and free was made. Maybe i have the wrong event but i definitely remember it was mentioned during a huge shit storm being unleashed by the fans here and it was a comment to appease the masses from revolting. my mind tells me it was the Borgata shows.

Due to the amount of bitching here from people who missed out on the Borgata shows, Philly was added after that amazing Canadian run and it turned out to be one of the most ridiculously good shows that I've ever seen/heard from this band.

It was the WWS free download back in 06'....over 10 yrs ago.

Pretty sure it was supposed to be a free concert in ny. Tim talked about it a few years ago on pj radio
Must have missed that episode! That beats a free digital song any day!!
Yeah, for sure. He talked about it in some depth (not a ton)...logistical issues, other problems. Obviously didn't happen. Maybe someday

The setlist may seem tame compared to some recent shows but at the time it was basically a fan club show in an arena.

I have that one in FLAC off Nugs and it might be the best show Pearl Jam has ever done.

If it's OK, I'll stick to my initial interpretation of the original post

I had a thread in mind: Naked, Erect and bulbous.
Thanks to perverts like you it will never see the light of day.

Oh yeah? Well I had a thread in mind too.

Partially-clothed, slightly-poor posture and...ummm...*avoiding the Urban Dic definition of "bulbous"* =)

And you call ME a pervert. Shine a light on it, Mal!
