    Sadly, I once ran over a squirrel with my bike which came very near to causing me to crash into the bushes at the side of the bike path. It chose exactly the wrong moment to dart out. I did not hear it shouting any propaganda, though, and I'm not aware of any anti-squirrel actions I had taken that might have provoked it. I did own a terrier, though, so that might have been it.
