    Stoked I scored a Faile poster this morning before they sold out...it was the only Wrigley poster I wanted, and never had a sniff of one that weekend.

    PS I hope the Indians win tonight....baseball is forever better with the Cubs being loveable losers, IMO

    I can't help but feeling like I didn't miss anything with the ToTD shows. I'm sure it's cool and all, but let's face it: if Pearl Jam and Soundgarden didn't exist, I'm not sure I'd care about their music.

    So I would have agreed with you both a few weeks ago, but the TOTD show last night was simply amazing, can't stop thinking about it. Cornell's voice was so good, the band was tight as hell, the mix of covers was interesting and fun, and even the MLB songs (which I've never really cared for) sounded fresh. Nostalgia tour? Yeah they were nostalgic for their lost friend, playing songs as a tribute to a positive force who helped propel the local scene at the time. To each their own, but as someone who for years dismissed TOTD, I was thoroughly blown away by the show.

    Edit: Oh, and PJ, play MN in 2017. Wave to all my friends...

    I have seen a lot of reviews really praising how good Cornell sounded on this mini tour and some even dissing Eddie in comparison. I feel like just a few years ago it was the other way around and how Cornell couldn't hit his high notes.

    Glad to hear it was a good show for you!

    New album in the early fall and then MN again in October would be nice.
