"While demeaning, insulting and ridiculing minorities, immigrants and the physically/mentally disabled worked for Mr. Trump, I want to be clear that this behavior - and these views, have no place at Grubhub."
Every workplace has anti discrimination policies and any one who acted like that in the workplace would be terminated immediately. He's just reinforcing the policy because a lot of people are taking the election of trump as affirmation that it's ok to act the way that he did and say the things he said.
