Vinyl to MP3

Hey guys,

Not sure if there is a topic on this or not but I'm looking at taking my records and making mp3 files of them all and was curious if anyone here does this? How exactly would I go about doing it? I have a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon so my record player doesn't have a usb input.

    I have not done so, but I do know that Bellari makes a USB tube preamp.

    I think you also need to purchase some software, though.

    Just like any transfer - your gear dictates the final product. I've got several vinyl to FLAC CDs that sound out of this world amazing. I also have a few that sound shitty. There's one of Vs that was passed to me this year that I listen to all the time. Probably one of the best vinyl to FLAC transfers I've ever heard.
