Your post prompted me to go to The Sheepdogs website to see what they are up to. Turns out they are playing a Grey Cup event on the 26th. I got my tix right away. The Sheepdogs are a kick ass live band, so if you folks who haven't seen them and happen to like the Allmans and classic rock, you need to go see The Sheepdogs. I honestly can't believe they are not huge on the JamBand circuit yet.weddingparade said:sheepdogs played for free in telluride. happy to see them again

I had never heard them before this summer. Saw them play twice in Telluride and thought they were a pretty killer party band. The lead guitarist doing his whole full beer bottle slide guitar wail on Whipping Post was entertaining. I always wondered why dousing the neck of a guitar with beer wouldn't cause it to warp or damage it somehow.qontheboard said:

I saw The Sheepdogs by accident in Nashville a couple of months ago. Was there to see Band of Horses at a music festival and they happened to also be playing. Thought they were pretty cool.I'm through with screaming0
